Manny from KelAire was outstanding. He showed respect for my home by wearing booties, which most tradespeople don’t even think to do. He carefully inspected my ductwork for rodent damage and gave me honest feedback, including temporary and DIY for immediate fixes to contain the issue. His integrity, honesty, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely use him again and highly recommend him and Kel-Aire for anyone needing trustworthy service.

Matt was beyond helpful in troubleshooting and identifying our furnace issue. Mia worked with Carrier directly to get parts under warranty. PG&E came by and told us we needed a new motor for our blower. Matt from Kel-Aire could had used that information to get more money and work from us, but he told me and my wife that we just needed a new capacitor. Saved us a lot of money and time. Matt's professionalism and honesty was so appreciated and almost unheard of nowadays. Kel-Aire is a great business and have a client for life.
