Dropped 2 suits and forgot to mention that the inner liner on one suit looked like it had mildew or some kind of stain.When i got the suits back, i checked and they had did a pre clean before sending it out.Great job and I will be a returning customer

I've been coming here for years but lately they have changed their attitude for the worst. I've lived in Rodeo area for over 40 years, I've seen cleaners come and go. I thought their longevity was a testament to their customer service. I guess I was wrong. I brought in 2 "untuck it" shirts and returned to pick them up 5/6 weeks later(I travel a tremendous amount) - only to discover they were not there and the owner has zero to no empathy to loosing them. He pretty much told me, they not here and I can't do anything about it. Even though I presented a ticket that clearly states the shirts were left there. The man in this place is very friendly, it is usually my family's dry clean place, for years. But I brought my knitted jacket for dry clean for the first time, my bad I didn't check after I picked it up, went back home and took it out from the plastic laundry cover, so surprised of the smell, I don't wanna offend anyone but I can surely tell, a lady must have wore my knitted jacket and absorbed the body odor. Secondly, which makes me more positive on someone must wore my knitted jacket - the hair, one or two are fine, may be just hair fall, but I found quite a few long and middle length curly hair, most are black, one is black and white, I have no idea... read full review
