Roof Recovery helped us with an emergency repair this recent winter. Cosmin and his team gave us a fantastic price and were able to solve the problem, saving what would have been further damage to our interiors from a leaky roof. I would absolutely recommend them!
Roof Recovery had repaired the roof a few years ago and did a great job, so I called them again because of a leak in a wall in a different part of the house that kept showing up when it rained. Alex was great. He inspected the roof and fixed a couple of little things, but he said the roof was not causing the problem.
He didn't even charge me for the appointment. I'm very impressed and will definitely call Roof Recovery again.
Overall a good experience. The initial interaction was more “sales” forward than I prefer, but that is how it goes in this business and our sales rep, Vadim, was knowledgeable and communicative throughout. We had a two member crew perform the work, Axel and David, they were kind, professional, and efficient. We had some basic shingle repair and dry rot repair and from my non expert perspective, looks like they did a good job! We did get one quote that was around the same cost and from my limited research it was a fair price but not a great deal - but with something like this I didn’t want to risk taking a shortcut to save a few hundred dollars.
