Rocklin Family Practice & Sports Medicine is the best doctors office my family has been too. They have proven over & over again that they go above & beyond. In a recent interaction with Eva she took her time to make sure my son was okay when some of the intake tests were coming out a bit funky. She made sure to redo the tests to verify the results & got the PA/ Dr involved. She went above & beyond with my kidd. She explained why she was concerned, & stayed with us while the tests were repeated. Great doctors but they have THE WORST front office staff. They will cancel your appointments and not notify you then will make up something about how ALL our numbers on file didn’t work even thought we receive all the text messages and reply to confirm all our appointments. Again, great doctors but horrible front office admin staff.
