I had no problems switching to Rocklin Family Practice (Hill Physicians Group) from a prior major medical group. Referrals and refills in a snap. Modern text and portal services. Very organized. All of this was a huge relief to me! Dr. Chima and Baily have gone the extra miles for me. My thanks to all.
Referral Process has been very poor.
First time needing a referral, they have to connect me with a physician assistant I have never met. This should not be an issue but apparently it was because the referral was sent to my cardiologist incomplete. Missing simple information such as an address.
I then contacted them again to have the referral adjusted to include all the information the cardiologist said they were missing. Rocklin tells me everything looks good now. Cardiologist says the address is directing me to another office in the same building.
Now in the middle of getting in contact with another doctor to fill out this referral completely and I am currently caught… read full review
Dr Chima is a FANTASTIC DOCTOR! His office staff appear to be incompetent ad seem to only be there to collect a Paycheck. They blame others before accepting responsibility. :>(
