Prithpal K. Singh, MD, is a kind and thorough psychiatrist who listens carefully and provides solid advice and treatment plans. Patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and appreciate being accurately diagnosed. However, experiences with the front office staff have been mixed, as they have been reported as unresponsive and slow to answer calls. Despite this, many patients, including families, express satisfaction with the care received from Dr. Singh.
Dr. Singh is kind, personable, patient and thorough. I was totally comfortable talking about everything. When I left I felt that I had been heard and accurately diagnosed and had a solid plan of action. The front office staff are not very good and had left before the end of my appointment, before closing hours and I had to call the next day to schedule my next appointment. They claimed to be in the back room.
My daughter has been seen by the provider Dr. Singh and so far nothing but good things to say. The staff has been friendly and no issues. The downside is to reach them your on hold for a very long time. It stated three mins and was well over 40 mins.
