I had an emergency on a long weekend (MLK Day), and this Rocklin location of Les Schwab was about to close when I called. Despite their busy schedule, they happily accommodated us, which I truly appreciate.
The team thoroughly checked our tires and gave us clear, honest, and practical instructions. I especially want to call out Eric, who was super helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what could potentially go wrong, identified an issue with our rotors, and clearly advised us on how to get it fixed. Most importantly, he guided us on whether it was safe to continue driving, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

I am writing to share my appreciation with this Les Schwab location. I was driving home alone from college one Friday when I got a flat tire on my truck. Luckily I was able to make it to Les Schwab. I was very nervous about the cost of the fix as I am a college student and had no money on me. Additionally I was upset and overwhelmed over the thought of being alone with a flat tire with no money. Immediately walking through the door I was greeted with the most lovely and kind people working the front desk. They immediately made me feel better and assured me that they could fix it. Brought my wife’s escalade to this Les Schwab location due to a loud squealing noise while the car was in motion. Everyone I encountered here was determined to find the root cause of the noise and identified the problem quickly. We’ve been back and forth to a dealership in placerville since we had a warranty and they were adamant there weren’t any issues and could not replicate the sound.
