ECO clean carpet has been the only carpet cleaning service we have used for years. They are always on time and communicate any updates if necessary. Tyrone was our technician today and if we can request him in the future, we will. He was very polite, courteous and did a great job. Thank you Tyrone.
Ive been a customer for about 8 years now! LOVE all of the technicians (although Tyrone is out favorite! ??♀️ Never too much water on the floors like others, always the BEST lines ? and great customer service. Customers for Life.
Our very soiled carpets came back to life with Eco Cleans technician, Patrick. He was so accommodating by arriving earlier in the window schedule, as we had a pet emergency and needed the carpets cleaned sooner. He was so pleasant and thorough, making sure we understood what would be cleaned on this appointment. Patrick did everything he explained and he was so thorough that we are in awe of his professional experience and delivery on the best cleaning we have had in 20 years of carpet cleaning companies.
