Went in to find out about getting a perm, place was nice and clean and Cindy was about to do a perm for me. I love the way it turned out, alot of the time the stylist will ignore how I want it, but not Cindy, she listened, has a couple of ideas but did it how I wanted. She has a very friendly personality and can't wait til my next perm, diffently from her. I would highly recommend this place

I ventured out to get a haircut today! I have been waiting for months for the salons to open and today was the day! I, of course, went to my usually spot, Cut and Perm in Rocklin. Cindy is the only person I trust to cut my hair. She is the sweetest lady with amazing skills. You can tell she cares about her customers as she always remembers my name and what we talk about. The minute you sit down in her chair, you feel at ease. She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. I always get my haircut here! Cindy does an amazing job giving me the perfect cut...I've tried different stylists for my hair, but I wasn't fully satisfied until I walked into Cut & Perm! Finally found a place that I can trust. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, as well as kid friendly!
