Well, Dr.Wilkes was an hour late getting to work. He didn’t apologize or introduce himself. He scoffed at my questions and was very condescending with me. I told him I couldn’t be on my foot more than an hour or I would be down the rest of the day due to the chronic tendonitis in the arch of my foot. He wrote a doctors note to my job, which consists of standing for 8 hours, that I could stand for an hour and off for two hours for 8 hours. So, obviously he doesn’t listen. This is after he did some kind of hand held ultrasound on my arch and showed me how bad my tendon was. He said I needed an orthotic to support my arch and help it heal. The wait was long, but I understood the long wait time. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The nurses and doctors were thorough and they listened to my complaints and Injuries. This was my first Worker's Compensation Injury and I was very impressed with my experience.

As usual there was a wait, but as it was close to an hour drive & I did need a drug test, I let them know I might need the bathroom before I could be called. They were very understanding & told me to let them know if that happened & they could get that part of the test done when I needed to go. They were clear & made things go by quickly. I also hadn't at first realized the vaccine I needed was on a separate order from my other tests but they were able to get it added while I did the physical so I was able to finish up all together still. Thanks for the great customer service! I appreciate everyone's help!
