I appreciate Rachel! She helped me before and after 2 hip replacements. She helped me get stronger, helped with stretching and I was able to walk better. I would truly recommend for any type of physical therapy.
Dr York is amazing, I am a mixed martial artist always injured and she was able to treat my shoulder and within less than 30 minutes you can see how my shoulder sufficiently changed. Also showed many different workouts to help train it and prevent it from happening again.
Dr. York is amazing! I injured myself lifting weights back in April, and had been dealing with chronic pain ever since. Within 2 sessions with Dr. York, I was already feeling WAY BETTER! She also addressed my diastasis recti and helped with that too! She’s very kind, funny, and knowledgeable, cannot recommend her enough ??
