This was my first visit to West Dermatology Riveside Ca office.
I found the staff to be professional and very courteous. I was most impressed with how they treated the Elderly patiences that came in Office.
Everyone was greeted with a smiled and given instructions on what was coming next?.
The Medical staff were informative, eager to provide the
Attention needed to resolve my issue.
The office environment was warm and friendly.

Staff- friendly, doctor- friendly, wait time- not long at all, wait area- moderately sized. With today being our first visit there, I would say it may be difficult to find for anyone new to that shopping center, since there isn’t a huge sign or anything, I realized I had parked on the backside of the building after walking around to see if I was at the right building while looking on my google maps to make sure where I was going. When you first turn in to the shopping center from the traffic light, make a left and the front of the building will say on the right hand side “Loma Linda University…” , that is the front where you will enter through the doors located... read full review
Nice staff. NP was very gentle and informative during my procedure. Just wish they were open later or on Saturdays so I don't have to miss work. Appointments are far out, but would recommend this place.
