Won’t pick up the phone now after I called them three times at ten am this morning. Most likely they have my number flagged and just won’t discuss with me again. Research their contract with the board of supervisors that is publicly available online. This organization represents criminal matters that pose a conflict to the public defenders office where the public defenders office has a conflict.
In these matters where the court appoints an attorney, the law offices of Virginia M Blumenthal, or Blumenthal & Moore, APC is appointed. While they are paid to provide representation they don’t offer it in house and instead hire outside contractors.
This is 100% NOT what business is at this address. I drove here to speak with somebody, ANYBODY...it's all boarded up. I called their number to ask the new location only to be told they have no physical office. How are people dealing with court cases supposed to handle anything, especially when the attorneys don't answer the phone/respond to any attempts of contact.
For anyone that gets assigned to an attorney at this firm, switch to any other place. QUICKLY!
