Yesterday my brother was unable to arrive to yet another court date due to his illness. I called and left numerous messages days before. I was told by the court reporter that Victor stated he was never contacted by us. Do not put your trust into this man.If you have had the misfortune of being assigned Victor Marshall by the courts or have hired his services, I sincerely apologize for your misfortune.
