I love doctor Reina and I have also been seen by the male doctor which he has been good and attentive to my needs. And for the most part all front desk girls are nice and have a good customer service.
However, one of the ladies who takes you to your waiting room is not sensitive to patients.
Back in June, I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, and I was about to faint as I was extremely weak when I went to my doctors appointment and he completely ignored how I was feeling to the point that one of the males told her to watch out because of the way I was walking. He asked me if he could help me but I told him it was ok as I was able to walk but very slowly.

Hello, Thank you, I loved how you treated me. I went to this clinic for the first time and the receptionists were very kind. The doctor helped me in everything. The doctor was very kind. I had translations. The nurses who treated me were very kind. Thank you very much.

I’ve been here multiple times & the first visit was good but lately it’s been okay. The girls in the front always have some type of attitude. There is male doctor that was great and welcoming but the women doctor is cold and a little rude. I get nervous being in a doctors office and the people there do not help my anxiety being there. And they take a while for people to attend you. Lots to improve on, thank you.
