I used them actually through a low income program about 4 or 5 years ago for my hvac. Our system had died in one of the hottest summers of my life and a friend recommended them for an ac replacement. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, realible, and efficient. I was quoted a ridiculous amount from other companies for my hvac and thanks to their program I was able to get my hvac up and running in no time. Their prices from what I hear our fair and my hvac is running perfectly better than the last one we had. I'm enjoying the cool breeze as we speak and It wouldn't have been possible without this company. Thanks again. Hope my hvac lasts longer but if I ever need maintenance...read full review
These people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their hvac services. They installed a swamp cooler and new ac unit, helped us pass city inspection by putting in new carbon monoxide detectors and fire detectors which we hadn't had in a long time. All through an edison program. They are great to work with and know their stuff.
It is impossible to reach the front desk/Ashley. Either they need more people or better training. She also does not have good phone etiquette. The guys who installed the appliances were great. They were careful and considerate.
