Great service today from Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to come out the next day and service my air-conditioning unit. Bobby, their service tech was very patient with the questions that I had and helped to educate me on what was happening or not happening with the air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have somebody come out and help
I called at 6:45am and they were very prompt, courteous, and affordable. By 11am the issue was fixed and everyone was much happier to face the 105 degree day. Thank you to Robert we will definitely recommend you and call on you if we ever need service again.
Robert and Bobby did a great job putting in a new A/C unit (condenser and evaporative coil), with a new copper line set, new thermostat new drain pan, and new circuit board in the furnace (FYI, didn't know what any of this terminology before the A/C condenser died 2 weeks ago). Our regular A/C company (I won't name here) had done a good job fixing and keeping our 40-year original unit working the past few years, but when it finally died, their estimate seemed too high.
