We hired Kyle for our special needs conservatorship case that we knew was likely to be contested. Due to the seven-month backlog in Riverside County, Kyle’s office was able to file for a temporary conservatorship until our case could be heard and that request was granted. The case was ultimately contested by an estranged party which caused a tremendous amount of additional work, documentation and time. Although this was extremely stressful for us, Kyle handled the matter effortlessly.
