So quick and simple. Made an appointment through the Kaiser app for a Flu Shot since I knew I would be shopping in store. Got two tasks done in one visit! The LVN Alba was funny and easy going, making the whole experience a breeze. Would use this option for a clinic again for vaccinations.
Nurses and NP were so kind and clean. I felt so safe and seen. I don’t think I’ve ever been understood by healthcare workers as much as I did in my experience. Be gentle with them, they are truly a gem our city/Riverside needs. 🤍✨
My experience here was so wonderful, I was at a lost and needed guidance regarding my kids vaccinations and I wasn't having any luck with the other places I visit/called but this wonderful and helpful woman named Sandrah was patient and understanding with me and helped me get what I needed and I'm so grateful to her.
