Got classic lashes done with Rhianon and within the same day multiple lashes were falling out, fast forward to 5 days later and half of my lashes have fallen out. I didn't pay $100 for sh*tty application or retention. I understand the last growth cycle, proper care and retention tips and followed all of them including not getting my lashes wet for 24 hours but it didn't change the bad quality of work done. I reached out to the salon the morning of the 6th day after my appt via Instagram and phone and my call wasn't picked up nor was my message replied to. I reached out to Rhianon after realizing I had her phone number from her texting that she'd be arriving late. I texted her my concerns and told her I was disappointed with results, being nothing but kind. Her only solution was for me to book a 2 week fill that would be discounted and she could go over after care to see if it turns out better after the fill HA. No thanks. I responded asking for a full refund or even partial and a day later no response. I don't believe she's licensed, having a certification isn't a license and I couldn't find her license which is public info online. I texted her again after 20 hours saying I'm looking forward to her response and would like her license number. There's another review stating the same about her lashes falling out very quickly too. Beware of this place and do not waste your money for such crusty rude girls who can't even apply eyelashes right. And to top it off I told her how many days ago I came in (6) and she told me I came in 8 days ago like the time stamp wasn't on her phone lol. UPDATE: the manager Alexis Valenzuela can respond trying to accuse me of wanting a free service but can't answer the three calls I made to her business. Weird. And the way they talk about clients once they leave is beyond disgusting

I booked a volume lash, brow laminate, and color with Rhianon Anderson. At the beginning of the appointment I told her I wanted volume lash with it longer at the ends. The lashes she gave me are clumpy, sparse, and doesn't cover cover the whole lid. She left a large space at the outside corner of my eye with no lashes. For the brow lamination and color. I told her I didn't want the color to be too dark and extreme. My brows are uneven and nearly black (I’m a natural blonde pale skinned). I understand it will fade but, having had my brows colored before elsewhere I know, once faded, it will still be way to dark. I feel cheap and trashy after this appointment.
