Elva! I have long hair which had been colored too dark for my skin tone and age. Elva took much time and care to lighten my locks to look lighter, radiant & healthy. All the ladies in the salon were so helpful and kind giving great advice and encouragement. I graciously offer Steel Magnolia a 5* review!
