I have had sparkletts water for over way over 60 yrs and I have never had an issue of any kind. I get to know the water men that deliver and communicate with them they leave me as many bottles as I want or I tell them skip a trip or two no issue . I communicate with the deliver and not the office. They don't always deliver the message correctly.

I will give credit where it is due. Cara did help me resolve the issue, and she was very professional in the process. Although I am still unhappy with how things were handled until I posted on Yelp, I am adjusting my review to reflect that Cara helped me.

They take care of all my needs. Whenever I have questions or need help ordering new stuff they go over the products and price. Delivery time is awsome I always get it by 10 am on my date
