Outstanding 5 star ? service couldn't have it any other way 10/10 would recommend this service to my friends and family I mean with a service this great there's no point to look elsewhere they provide what you need and is very patient with your needs. As someone who has never had to deal with termites before, the shock of first knowing that you have them is overwhelming! I had a different company out for a quote (don’t want to put any other company name out there) and I was quoted double the price by them as opposed to southland. Not only that, the peace of mind I now feel after speaking with Krystel who completely put me at ease and gave me a feeling of relief that I haven’t felt since competitors were here. I have cancelled all other estimates and before even having them out yet, I am going with this company because peace of mind when you have small kids living on the home, is worth WAY more! Their services are great. Their prices are very reasonable. They come and help you whenever you need it if you’re on a scheduled service is probably best at least for me, but they’ll just come and take care of everything. They’re great. Use them for years.
