Alpha security group provided quick and great service. The company I work for in Ontario needed reprogramming on our security gate remotes and they came within 15-20 minutes. These guys were great. They were the only company in Rancho to respond in a reasonable time. The price was fair and the tech they sent out was also great. After the job he was kind enough to use his welder to fix a broken lamp! Our side gate is now secure and does not blow open during our frequent wind events.
This company is the best gate company we've used in many years. We had an old system that they upgraded along with heavier gate arms due to a problem with high winds in the area. The technician, Zach, was professional, very knowledgeable and a hard worker. The owner visited with us many times as well as following up with a site visit after the gate system was installed. We are very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. No need to call other gate companies, Socal Gates and Doors are competitive and are great to work with.
