Our experience started off with a bit of miscommunication, but the owner personally reached out to my husband and me to make things right. That phone call alone made us feel heard, seen, and genuinely valued.
We brought in our pups, Ozzy & Zoey, for grooming—and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Jessica did a phenomenal job, and it’s clear our fur babies have found their place.
The customer service from the owners was top notch. They didn’t just brush us off—they truly listened and worked toward a real solution. That kind of care and accountability is rare and so appreciated.

A review overdue, I found this place couple months ago when my mobile dog groomer retired. They always do an amazing job with grooming Snow and the prices are very reasonable. I have done both walk and appointment with both experience always being great.
