We had a hot water leak go undetected for weeks. By the time we noticed, there was 10 inches of water under the house. The plumber took care of the leak and ServPro came in to take care of the moisture and mold that had developed. Chris and Chris, and the crew, were great. They explained everything, were clean and courteous and mindful of our pets, and they were on-site and ready to go as expected. And they're nice guys, too!
I had a leak coming from roof into living room, I called ServPro and they were at my house within the hour. The inspector was professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the process and she thoroughly inspected all the areas affected. I also had a great experience with the customer service representative who took the call and scheduled my appt promptly. I would recommend this company and call them again, should I ever be in need of their services.Service: Mold inspection
A relative of mine used Servpro and was very pleased so I contacted them about a leak in a wall. They arrived on time but did a very, very brief inspection and said they would get back to me about a quote. Never heard back and messages not returned. I'm leaving 3 stars because I was so impressed with the job they did for my relative, but I certainly did not have the same experience.
