7/7/26 it is a blessing to get Josh for troubleshooting our solar / internet issues. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm tone to his voice. A people person who understands how to speak in layman's terms for those of us less tech savvy people.
Angie was exceptional!!! I had problems syncing my phone and inverter and she immediately identified the problem. She not only went to the source that was causing the problem but she was efficient, prompt in handling the issue and extremely professional.

My phone app and the system stopped communicating. It was just that the outlet needed to be reset, but David was extremely helpful and concise about all of the instructions to make sure that the system started talking to the network again. He also gave me instructions and a link for checking with Edison about what my production is. Very helpful!
