sal the owner was so great and steve man that came to my house they are so nice and so great with there work im so glad to me sal he is great they fixed my furnace and explained everything even came out when the rain was pouring down to diagnosis the problem i would recommend royal comfort heating to everyone i know so happy to find so kind and honest man

I called Royal Comfort A/C & Heating of Riverside CA and just from our first phone call, I knew this was the right air conditioning repair service for me. I spoke with Sal the owner and he asked me lots of questions from the beginning because he was trying to see if it was something simple whereby he could help me to make a simple fix. Nevertheless, the air conditioner repair company came out and Sal had a number of recommendations I agreed with. I had tried to save money by calling the air conditioning service listings on a website known for cheap labor but they always did a mickey mouse job and I finally decided to get it done right. Every one of their air conditioner installers was very courteous and they explained the whole process to me. They didn't say like the other guys, "We need to change a hose, here's your bill". They explained the HVAC repair in detail, how it was contributing to AC repair inefficiency and then explained why the AC fix was necessary and what was entailed in the AC repair. The last company said I needed a new AC installation but Sal & his crew was able to save me money by being honest and operating his company with integrity. I still need to have him come out and do an evaluation for an air conditioning installation for my other house but I'm currently on a budget. I thing eventually the savings I make on this house is going to help pay for my new air conditioner at my other house.

I found Sal to be very informative about each step in installing an A/C unit in my home. He did not leave anything out and he answered all my questions. I found him to be very honest and was very pleased with the work his installer Steve did. Steve also kept me informed about each step in the installation. Steve was very thorough and professional. I was more than just pleased with my new A/C. I will recommend Royal Comfort to anyone who needs a new A/C unit.
