All I can say is any experience I’ve had over the years doing business with Riverside Vac Sales & Services, no matter what kind of service or supplies I’m looking for, has been a great experience. Absolutely no complaints what so ever and they are fair about their pricing for any parts or services you need for your home vac which is difficult to find in this day and age. Maybe that’s why they’ve been in business for so many years.

I took my Shark Vacuum in for maintenance service. Experienced the greatest customer service. Mark, one of the owners was so very helpful in getting my vacuum back to working order. I definitely try to support small businesses. So appreciate the way he spent the time to explain his work. This business has been around for years and their actions prove it !!!

I called down and explain what I thought was wrong with my machine and told him I was expecting to pay 100.00 he said bring it down and let me look at it. My hubby took it down and much to my surprise it turns out to be an operator error, he fixed it and he put in a new filter. my hubby paid him ten dollars and I have my wonderful vacuum back. Thanks for being so honest.
