Nice down home gym all the equipment you need but not the crazy loud crowded gym like most, clean always good music to work out to Dani H
This place is a little gem in downtown Riverside. Training my wife there and it feels like it's our own private gym. It also has anything you would need. It's also very clean for being a 100 year old building.
Very comfortable with this gym. Able to get what I need in and not be bothered. A little traffic with the therapy sessions but able to still use the machines freely.
