Quick service, kind doctor, and got my prescriptions immediately after appointment because the doctor called it in. Would recommend to anyone who has to see a doctor urgently.

Great customer service. The doctor was very helpful and understanding. He attended to all my needs and sent my medications to Walgreens.

HORRIBLE customer service. I called when I got there (the sign says "call before entering") and the man who answered my call was so rude for no reason. I didn't go in because they don't take my insurance (medical) so idk how the actual patient care is, but based off that one phone call I'm glad they don't take medical.

Rude, unprofessional, zero care to know his patients, the absolute WORST bedside manner. If you care for your employees or loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE for any serious injuries! Public Warning!1) This Doctor will not even bother knowing your name or who you are. (even with the file in his hand or after multiple visits) Our employee was constantly referred to as "the fat one or the fat guy". The Doctor's own Nurse is not a skinny female so I can only image how this made her feel every time he had a follow up the doctor kept stating "You know, the fat guy".2) Rude, Rude, Rude. The absolute WORST bedside manners. You go to a doctor because you are hurt or in pain. All his guy does is make you feel worse, dismisses the patient verbalizing multiple times that he is still injured/pain.3) He likes to blame others for his mishandling of patient files.4) Becomes Hostile towards patients who question his treatment, or I should say Lack there of treatment.

I called to ask the staff how to get medical revirds and he was very rude and told me to go online and get his fax number and address myself. Absolutely no customer service. He was doig all this in a yelling voice

extremely unprofessional the DR here literally insults his patients behind closed doors , i was also in a physical altercation with this DR as when i asked him to keep his nasty comments to himself he became irate and assaulted me . if this man insults me again i will be returning with a lawyer .

Office is dirty, Poor customer service He cussed out someone on the phone. Talks about peoples business out in the open. I'm sure he has help a lot of people through out the years but he seriously needs to change his attitude and clean the office. Floor needs to be swept and mopped. And my father was left waiting in the office while he checked people in because he was all alone. Expect a wait . If not he will do things half ass.

I have never had to be on the phone with someone who was rude any place you go to if you have a personal problem you should be able to talk to the doctor whoever answered that phone was so disrespectful on all lvls do not go to this place frfr

I attempted to go to the Riverside Industrial Medical Clinic for urgent care services, and the doctor skipped out an hour early. Suffice to say, I am dissatisfied with my experience. They deserve zero stars, as I remain untreated. For shame!
