Don't use this company. My Pardee home new build had a master bathroom toilet leak because the builder didn't bolt the toilet flange to the concrete. It was just spinning, which caused the leak. Pardee hired this company, who told them over the phone that it was fine and didn't need to be bolted down, and that the spinning was just so it could be adjusted. So I went to city hall and got the code for my house. They all showed up at my house to check it, and again, they said it was fine and that's how it was done per code that year. THIEF went into my Grandmothers room for 10 minutes when no one was looking going through here room and stole her wallet containing her Social Security Number, Medicaid Card, so much Photo Memories and $300 in money. This was during a contractor visit scheduled by Invitation Homes to fix our bathroom shower.

Past upset - I contacted them today to confirm some work they previously provided me. Whoever that person was that answered the phone was a tad short with me and claimed they provided me a refund for the terrible service they provided me. Not true - I never received a refund. But what they did do is charge me an additional $1k for a repair I probably didn't need. I asked him to confirm what work I had and of course he didn't want to. Whoever answered that phone today had an attitude with me because of my review even though his guy provided bad service.

Do yourself a favor find a professional plumber.
