Marcelo has great customer service. Not only did he fix the leaky shower I made the appointment for, but found a failed pressure gauge in my garage that was on my main water shut off (and was leaking). He did quick work. Was friendly and clean. Plus put up with my dogs.
Matt and Giovanni came to fix a slow shower drain at my house. They were courteous and did a great job, my shower drain is draining perfectly now. Their price is reasonable and they work quick too. I’d definitely use them again in the future.
Plumbing Matters was quick to answer the phone and get us scheduled for drain cleaning. We welcomed Matt P and Marcelo to evaluate our drains, they provided a couple options to tackle the problem, and got us running easily in an hours time. Pricing, service, and promptness was great.
