Excellent service! Jasmine is incredibly knowledgeable with the products. She listens to what the client wants and does not try to sell products you don’t need.My experience was amazing compared to Ulta. She didn’t rush me, she heard me and answered all my questions! I left confident and excited with my purchase ☺️
I do not normally post reviews for retail stores unless they really make an impression on me. Tonight I went in to pick up a couple items, I was greeted by a salesperson Vanessa, it was a great experience she was helpful and professional. She made me feel like she wanted to actually help me which is rare now days. Would definitely shop her again.
I've been in the beauty industry a long time and actually use to work for planet beauty back in the day..... all I have to say is Sophie knows her stuff and is a gem there... she handled all the customers (mind you there was like 10 people in there) she answered everyone's concerns and with such great positive energy. I don't live out here bur would definitely come back for her customer service. We all good people are hard to find. Especially these days! Amazing product knowledge!!
