I had my first session 7.11.25 Friendly staff. I was introduced to each machine and really loved it. This is exactly a fit for me,I want to work on the health of my bones.I left the session feeling the difference.I definitely will start this journey.
Next month, it will be 3 years since I’ve been coming to Osteostrong. I had been searching for more natural solutions to my osteoporosis diagnosis a few years before. I really did t know where I stood with my osteoporosis and it was suggested I get an updated Dexa scan. Frankly, I was scared to know the outcome but when I did go for the scan a couple of months later, I was devastated! It showed I had a very low score of -3.9. Doctors wanted to put me on all sorts of meds or shots and told me it was a dire situation.
