We had an issue with our Rheem tankless water heater shortly after installation, and the Rheem support plumber was very professional and thorough. He took the time to fully inspect the system, explain what he was checking, and reset the unit properly so we could restore hot water right away.
What I appreciated most was the clear communication and patience in walking us through possible causes and next steps, rather than rushing to conclusions. The service was prompt, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
