1st review was 4 stars 2nd it was ok but when your paying for what you asking which was trim a lil more then she still dont do it and your asked to paid CASH after all is done which was highlights but it dont say only cash on entrance but signs of Visa etc no cash .... never went there since June, Angelica did good color with highlights but she needs to pay attention on new customers as well as her regular clients --

I came here all of the time when I was a kid so when I moved back into the area I was so excited to come back here. The first time I went the cut was so cute and exactly what I wanted, so I booked another appointment with the same woman that helped me. The one who manages the phone. When I went back to her she wasn’t acting the same towards me. Even rudely gave me back my change when I paid. I didn’t do anything to deserve this behavior. I kindly gave her a tip and left before I myself got irritated. After that behavior I obviously didn’t go back. When I went to get my haircut at another salon the woman cutting my hair kindly asked me three different times if I cut my own hair lol. Her words “whoever cut your hair last didn’t do a very good job “. She was honestly confused about my hair. I figured since my hair was dry and not bouncy after my previous cut. This salon is cute but I get the feeling that if you aren’t a regular or a sweet abuela they wouldn’t want your business.

My go to place in the past what happened?? First of all I admire stylist and their craft They are one of the hardest working professions Customer service is a must Your trusting your hair and your identity to them With that said .... What happened??? I know with covid it's been difficult for everybody but Your Cutomer base is key When you call to make appointment and get blown off like a bother Told we'll call you back If??? I have time?? And never get a call back??? Leave you feeling like your asking for a hand out!! What happened?? When things were tough Your Cutomer base was there for you Now they're a bother? I would like to recommend this salon but the way they treat they're loyal base merits a review If your priorities are big ticket color extensions and over priced gels and shampoos Over your clients that we're there along with you during the tough times?? And a simple cut is not worthy of a call back or text? Then it's bad business and time to more on Shame on you Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!

Very good job angelica ? I was going with intention. De. Cut all my hair because it was very damaged, she recommended a cut and I'm happy because the length remained and everything came out damaged ?
