We hired them, through Costco, to install a whole-house water system. The installation went smoothly and the system has worked well. The installation crew was efficient, answered all our questions and removed all debris from the old water system.

This is an awesome company to work with. They have done a lot of work at our house. In our experience, you call NEXGEN, the receptionists are professional. They listen to what the issue is. The try and get a tech out asap, sometime the same day. The techs are very thorough. Professional, experienced and friendly. The area they will be working in is prepped. Throughout the process, we are always informed and kept up on what's being done and why. They are respectful to us and our property. They ask before they do.
