Matthew was the consummate professional. We had found out that the last guy that made the repair on my upstairs bathtub, did a shoddy job. Matt replaced all the old parts and charged me less the other company supposedly did the fix in 2022.
He also told me that if the mixet valve was still sticky after a week to call dispatch and he would fix or replace any part that wasn't working.
I will be using Mr. Rooter for all my future plumbing issues.
Hector was Amazing! He looked over my leaking water heater and gave me a couple of options. He was very thorough with explaining everything.
After speaking to his manager Armando (Big Thank You!) They were able to work with me on the right option for me.

The whole crew was excellent. Their performance and attention to details was exceptional. They took the time to make sure the job was done properly which is something I really appreciate. They were always considerate in always wearing bootie’s whenever they walked inside the house
