This was the first time we used Milato Construction and Restoration. We were very impressed! They communicated well, so we knew what to expect and when. They were on time, professional, respectful, friendly, and clean! Even behind the plastic, they cleaned up their area. Jay is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and his team anytime. Jay was able to complete and pass the city permits in a timely manner. During a moment of stress for a new home project jay made the process so easy with his guidance and expertise. I couldn't have choose a better contractor.
