First time bringing my pet to this clinic. I'm very pleased with the service here. Everyone was extremely compassionate and accommodating. I can't think of a single thing they could do better. Although I spent more than 7 hours here, I didn't feel I was being neglected or ignored. I wish I could give them a higher rating. Definitely will bring my pet back. Thank you for everything you done for Nico!

Today we said goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Charlie—one of the hardest days of our lives. Irene and the entire team at Lincoln Veterinarian Pet Clinic were incredibly gentle, kind, and professional.
Irene was compassionate all morning, even recognizing my voice each time I called. Her warmth and calm presence truly softened an unbearable moment. Charlie was treated with dignity and love, and we were met with genuine empathy.
We are deeply grateful for the care and humanity shown to us on this difficult day.

Dr. Becker and the entire staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely kind and compassionate.
