This is not just a gym! It's a home!! I love the atmosphere and the encouraging vibe from every person here! No matter which time I go. I can do the 5 am or any of the evening classes and get the best work out and with people who push you. Just when I think I can't do more, here comes the cheering squad and I find myself going harder. Cesar is the best at making sure we get the best training with out injuring ourselves. He will modify any routine to fit anyone's needs. If you are looking for a place to improve yourself and meet a new fitfam come and try it out!!! You will not regret it!! I've been training with Cesar going on 7 yrs!

WARNING: There is a brand new account named Lewis Z here with its only review bashing Life First Group and there is no registered member with that name that has ever been a part of this gym.Cesar is a stand up guy that works hard to build you up as an individual to what your personal goals are. Stop by and see that he's built a community of people who support one another and work hard to accomplish their goals.I could go on about all the good things about this gym but stop by for yourself and after 1 day with Cesar, you'll see that this place has a lot to offer.

I just started this gym right before Christmas. I've been around local gyms around the area but Life First Group wins all around. Coach Cesar really takes pride on his work. He creates individual plans for everyone and makes you feel motivated. The gym has everything you need to have a great gym experience. The gym has lots of classes available to work with your schedule and the one-on-one session make a difference to take you to the next level in your fitness journey. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to make change in their lives.
