Best decision I made to take my fitness to the next level! I wanted to work on strength, body fat, muscle mass and functional fitness. The trainers tailored the workouts and nutrition to MY needs. I learned that I wasn’t consuming enough calories to hit the goals I was working towards. We made the tweaks to dial me in.
The facility is straight GORGEOUS! Squat racks galore, weights are always in racks, surplus of Kettle Bells and my favorite - battle ropes.
The variety of class make it easy to stay excited what the workout are going to be.
What are you waiting for? Need somewhere to start? Confused about nutrition? Cesar and Joey will help you get started so you have the right tools to stay on track. You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE life first gym! I like that everyone is so encouraging/welcoming. From the first day I stepped in the gym I felt the love and community. I joined because it was faith based. It was actually an answered prayer that I found it. The trainers actually care about YOU and are very knowledgeable. Joining this gym honestly was the best decision I’ve made I won’t be going to any other gym! This is home!
