I came to Gilbert Gutierrez with my Uncle to set up a Family Trust. This Family Trust was not a straight forward Trust. It has some components in it that made it a bit complicated. Shortly after the Family Trust was set up my Uncle pasted away. Gilbert's office was very professional and helpful through this whole process. Living trust is something for other people but not for us; at least that's what we thought when we were still young. Mr Gutierrez explained everything to us in detail about the tax laws and legalities of today's laws regarding transfer of ownership. My wife and I made our choice based on his recommendation and experience with this from other people he knew. We left his office feeling better about it. I highly recommend his expertise on the matter. The $100 referral fee isn’t so bad either
