Appointment was 5:45 PM on May 11 and now it’s 3:20 AM next day still waiting for paperwork. Extremely slow warehouse. Drivers lose all their driving time sitting here for no reason. No respect for truck drivers at all.

Worst experience at Kroger Riverside Creamery Operations. Checked in on time, got unloaded, but paperwork took forever. Almost 10 hours waiting. Staff doesn’t care and nobody gives updates.

OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite.  NO truck parking nearby. Parking is limited on the side street. Gated facility: stop to check in with Security for entry.  Open:  Monday - Friday, 24/7.  There are plenty of signs to direct route.  Busy location. SLOW UNLOAD. Plan ahead, have time on clock for HoS. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time; may checkin 1 hour early.  Limited space, but manageable to maneuver.  Good lighting at this location.  The trailer must be the food grade rated.  The trailer will be rejected if it is not food grade rated (no holes, dry, clean, no odors).
