Awful awful experience. Had an appointment t with the orthopedics Dr Michael Le at 1:45pm. Been here since 12:55 Pm. In the room since 1:30pm and yet to see the Dr. was just told he is in a meeting at Red Lobster. Why make patients appointments when Dr is scheduled to Have meetings? I work in the healthcare industry myself for the past 22 years so I understand things can get very busy. However I also understand patient care is the most important in this business as well. Extremely disappointed and awful patient care.

Brought my father here for he is complaining of severe headache, scared that he might be having stroke, blood pressure is also elevated , I understand the wait but once they gave us a room, nobody came and see him right away, been waiting here inside the room for am hour and no doctors yet and they didnt see him yet, the nurse came in but just asks some questions, he is in severe pain. NO URGENCY AT ALL!!!!!! I am also an ER NURSE but we dont neglect patient like these, this is unacceptable, they don't care!, didnt even offer blanket, my dad used his jacket and tshirt to cover, no action was done, i have to ask for ice pack just to help him.

This location is a complete mess. No wheelchairs for people coming in to Emergency. I asked the parking attendants that they have because of the construction where the wheelchairs were and they said scattered around the campus somewhere. I had to have my daughter limp, possibly a broken foot, to a bench near Emergency so I could park to find a wheelchair for her. I asked the Emergency check in if they had wheelchairs. Nope. They told me to ask Emergency Information. I asked who was in charge of rounding up the wheelchairs. They said nobody. People are sitting around being lazy and doing nothing. Surely someone can get off their butt to go and round up the wheelchairs... read full review
