The biggest complaint I have is their hidden fees. It's always double the advertised price after your membership, the sitting fee per person, and shipping and handling to send you the photos. 190 turned into 270 real quick. For that price I would have just hired a photographer to come to my house. They also don't let you see your photos till you're done, so when I got to the end I noticed every photo I had hair sticking out weird and my shirt was all funky on one side. Ruined every photo I was in. They included several photos of my son not even smiling too instead of retaking them.

The women who were working there were amazing and really knew what they were doing. Alex took our pictures, and they came out perfect. I have been to other locations before and have not had a good experience. This is by far the better place to go.

I brought my family here last week to get individual portraits of the kids and a family photo. Laura was our photographer and she was fabulous. She gave us lots of poses and kept things moving quickly so the kids stayed engaged and happy. I was very happy with how the pictures turned out.
