I purchase my contacts with Jcpenny Optical, it’s an easy process especially if you’re new to contacts. From the very beginning Brenda has always been super helpful and informative, by suggesting to look at all the contacts brands before purchasing. Throughout this whole process of trying different contacts that are suitable for me. I’ve appreciated Brenda in making this process so stress free. Ive been coming here for a few years now & I’m still very satisfied with their services. Shout out to Brenda !!

The customer service was amazing. I called ahead to make sure my insurance was covered and Brenda on the phone made sure to help me she was also very informative. The doctor was very nice and recommended was glasses to use. Definitely will be going back.

I love all the people at JCP Optical! But I want to give a particular thanks to Ana, who went WAY above and beyond during my most recent visit, to guide me in finding the proper size and shape of frames for the type of lenses I need. Ana asked about when & where they will be worn, durability needs, etc., explaining why I may want (or not) certain features in a frame or lens depending on use. Thanks for all your help Ana and Dr. Bock!
