All the girls there were so helpful & sweet, I definitely loved my experience there I was greeted warmly on arrival even though they were helping other customers and as soon as they finished up they immediately helped me!
I had a phenomenal experience at LensCrafters store at Galleria Tyler Mall in Riverside. The staff Licensed Opitician Abdon was great in customer service ,very friendly , educated and overall has great communication skills with customers. He truly deserves a bonus compensation or even a promotion! I purchase some new prescription Prada Glasses today. I enjoyed the experience at LensCrafters store I will be coming back purchase more glasses and referring more family & friends.

Went to the LensCrafters in Macys at the Tyler Mall/Galleria today and was overjoyed with the help and service provided by both Evan and Juan as they were so helpful in assisting us pick out and order a pair of Ray Bans and also a pair of Persol sunglasses.
