I have been here a few times and the quality of services and efficiency has gone down practically everytime. This last visit I got a gel pedicure and she did in fact cure gel polish on my cuticle. I also said as I came in that I wanted a gel x removal on my hands and they forgot to do until I reminded them after the pedicure was done (other places do this during the pedicure to not waste your time).
My sister and I have been coming here for a year or so. Maybe even 2. We used to go to another shop but then we found about this one and been coming here since. We like to book appts but you are also able to do walk-ins. My sister usually does it with Brenda and then I go with whomever lolz. And I'm always satisfied with my service at the end of it. I've never had a bad experience here at all. They have fixed a broken nail to pedicures. I don't really take pics cuz I mainly come here for pedicures :)). And I ain't giving out feet pics for free lolz. But overall all the staff who had done my nails is amazing!! They usually tend play jazz and it's pretty calm. I haven't seen them not full. The inside is always clean. Again never a bad experience.
This was my first time visiting Hot Nails. The staff was friendly and professional. Brenda provided exceptional service during my visit to the salon for a dip, gel, and fill appointment during my lunch break. I communicated my desire for a natural look with a subtle hint of pink, and she executed it impeccably. Her work was efficient, thorough, and considerate. I will most certainly return.
