Very happy with Holloway Air, second time using them. Jose Arellano our AC tech was polite courteous and more importantly knowledgeable. Diagnosing the issue of our wiring nightmare, had the AC up and running in about a hour. He did not try and sell us needless parts or services! Give them a try... You won't be disappointed.

The service professional explained why our air conditioner wasn’t working. It has a feature that turns the unit off when the overflow try is full so you don’t flood the attic! Ingenious!!! The last thing we needed was a flood in the attic. We had him clear the blockage and he drained the pan. The unit worked as it was supposed to and we are grateful that it worked and now we know why and how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate the speedy response and service.
